What was recovered

The supplied first disk contains eight USO music sequences, an AKIKO.SND sound bank, AKIKO.PCD PCM samples and the TANK-OS 2.03 driver. The music-only boot program loads these original sound resources without starting the adventure program. All six supplied DIM/ZIP files remain unchanged in private intake, and each ZIP’s disk member matches its supplied DIM byte for byte.

Four music tracks require the PCM bank. Early experiments without it were rejected after their output developed a constant signal. The final renders restore that dependency and pass checks for ongoing audio variation. Their retained sequence filenames are AKI_01 through AKI_06, AKI_08 and END_0.

Each public track is a three-minute original-driver emulation render, with opening boot silence removed, a 20 Hz high-pass filter for ADPCM DC offset, and a four-second final fade. Exact musical loop boundaries, full song lengths and physical-hardware fidelity have not been established. These are bounded preservation renders, rather than a claim of complete soundtrack timing.

The public player supports seeking, previous/next selection, optional automatic advance, repeat and per-track MP3 downloads. It uses native browser audio and requires no password. This release includes music and recovery notes only.
