MEMO company and static character index translation

This guarded data module translates all nine company navigation labels in the
MEMO book, plus SHIGESATO and NAOKI in its People list. Company profile prose
and full display names remain in the previously translated profile pools.
The index uses concise navigation brands where useful: OGOSHI, HIGH POWER,
and OKURA MAJOR. company-index-module.json binds each to its full company name
and unchanged native profile selection, order and unlock flag.

API: apply_company_index.apply(original_rom_bytes, current_english_rom_bytes)
returns (patched_bytes, report). Apply after the other English modules and
the inline-name fix, then calculate the final SNES checksum. It checks the
original ROM hash and exact original bytes in all four modified windows.
It accepts either a checksummed or pre-checksum English composition because
its guards bind the actual owned spans, not an unrelated whole-ROM hash.

The patch replaces the active128-glyph MEMO pool and rebinds the existing
87-record object group, company Y-vector and per-entry hide boundaries.
It retains all59 company sprites, native row order, arrow/cursor behavior,
palette attributes, unlock logic, navigation and profile destinations.
Native cursor cache slot53 is reserved. Dynamic-name slots64..103 remain
reserved and unchanged; static People labels use slots104..108 and112..116.
There is no assembly, extra ROM allocation, or code/script/font/save-layout
change. Only353 data bytes and the caller's final checksum differ from the
previous English candidate.

Regenerate module source with Python3 (standard library only):
  python build_company_index_patch.py "path/to/unmodified-original.sfc"
The builder imports the sibling translation-full/engine_builder.py English
font compiler. The main portable rebuild applies the frozen JSON module.

Validation separates actual campaign checkpoints from controlled UI cases:
Actual day21 progression has four acquired company entries and both static
people names; MEMO is reopened through ordinary controller input.
Disposable unlock fixtures test all nine labels, every one-entry hide range,
no entries, and all nine original profile destinations.
Exact rendered glyph masks are compared with the source English pair font.
Dynamic People rows compare identically before/after for natural defaults,
longest accepted English, six-letter English, and original hiragana names.
These controlled tests do not claim campaign acquisition of all brochures.

Normal game-save layout is unchanged. Generic cross-ROM emulator snapshots
remain version-specific; private checkpoint replays reinitialize the affected
MEMO cache through controller input and do not establish snapshot compatibility.
No original ROM, emulator, native executable, save, snapshot or RAM is bundled.
